If you look at the surface of the sports floor, you can see one piece. The structure of the tiles can be only detected only on closer inspection. The impression of homogeneity originates from the high-precise manufacturing of the tiles - they interlock with each other without any open seam and the edges are cut without a chamfer.

That's why the sports floor is suitable for all sports areas, where the highest requirements regarding functionality and design have to be met. The sports floor can be used indoors and outdoors. In case of an outdoor application, an extensively water-permeable base course has to be laid, e.g. a plastic honeycomb grid.

This sports floor is naturally joint-friendly elastic, slip-resistant and provides fall protection. It dams mechanical vibrations and provides a good ball bounce. In the open air it's frost-resistant and water-permeable, so it can be used for playing in all weathers.

The product has a two-layer structure and is manufactured using a moulding process. The lower functional layer consists of black ELT (End of Life Tyres) granulate, which is obtained from the recycling of ELT (End of Life Tyres). Chemically, the ELT granulate consists of a mixture of natural rubber (NR) and styrene butadiene rubber (SBR). The tread or wear layer consists of newly produced, fully coloured and pollutant-free EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber) granules with a medium grain size. This product meets exceptionally high standards of safety, durability and functionality.

Assembly or connection system

Precision-cut, chamfer-free puzzle interlocking system

The tiles are cut with the highest precision from a larger format, creating the puzzle interlocking system along the edges. Each side of a tile can connect seamlessly with any side of another tile. During installation, the puzzle interlocks fit together perfectly, similar to click tiles, forming a durable connection. The result is a seamless and stable tile surface with exceptional longevity. Because the tile edges are sharply cut - without a chamfer - individual tiles are nearly invisible on the surface when using the same color design, giving the appearance of a single, continuous surface.

Structure of the underside

Drainage grooves in a square pattern - 4 x 15 mm

The underside of the tiles features a structure with drainage channels approximately 4 x 15 mm in size. The drainage channels of adjacent tiles interconnect to form a continuous network, ensuring the consistent drainage of rainwater. The tiles can be installed on a bonded sub-base, roofing membranes, or suitable plastic grass grids. It is important to follow the installation guidelines.
